These animals have long shaggy coat; the coat is so long that it reaches almost to the ground. The wild yak grows to a height of 6.5 inches with an average weight of 2200 lbs. In the wild, they inhabit treeless uplands, including plains, hills, and mountains. Many exotic breeders and any farm can supply you with pictures of their animals.
